(our location is at North York Centre SUBWAY station, which is 1 stop north of the Sheppard Subway Station) This energetic area features its own "downtown" around the Yonge/Sheppard intersection. It's home to fantastic restaurants, a large commercial theatre complex, great shopping, and a sizzling winter carnival. TTC: North York or Sheppard stations

North York Central Library (located directly across from North York Centre SUBWAY)
Empress walk mall (with subway access) is connected to the North York Central library, the largest full-service library in Toronto (second to Metro Reference in square footage). The library is a part of a much larger facility including a school board work station, swimming pool, snack bar, veterans centre and large hotel, the rooms of which look onto the inside of the mall.
